This is my golden opportunity to introduce myself. Briefly, I strive to help people reduce stress and tension in their bodies and minds so that can lead vital, healthy, and productive lives. I do this mainly through the natural, manual modalities of Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology on the hands and feet. I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself and that massage therapy as well as reflexology is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body.
