Recharge Reflexology

Dean graduated with 200 study hours from A Meridian Reflexology Apprenticeship Program in May 2021. He is state and nationally certified with additional coursework in Immune System Support as well as Body Systems and their connections to reflex maps.

Dean’s approach to this ancient modality is an intuitive focus which blends art and science. He became interested in Reflexology after having foot pain himself and finding relief through this unique modality.  He practices traditional thumb and finger walking Reflexology, with moderate pressure. This stimulates points on the feet that correspond to body organs, glands and structures which activates the nerve impulses connecting the brain to our feet and elicits a response. This technique moves the recipient into deep relaxation and stress reduction, with added benefits of increased circulation.

The feet are our foundation and carry our entire bodies through life. Once we focus on their health, the health of our body naturally follows.
