I have been in professional practice along with my husband, who is a massage therapist, since 2004.

My reflexology practice has been providing my clients with stress and pain relief as well as helping individuals facing symptoms from a variety of health challenges including diabetes, cardiovascular issues, neuropathy, PTSD, chemotherapy side effects, plantar fasciitis and other musculoskeletal problems of the lower leg and foot.

I love educating people about taking care of  their feet and how shoes impact their foot function.
