Welcome and Hello!  My name is Lucinda Tear and I live in Winthrop, WA in the valley of the Methow River, home of the original Methow People (mətxʷu).    I practice a trauma-informed combination of reflexology (Ingham based, Hannah Marqhart based, Vertical reflexology, Nerve Reflexology, with lots of classes by Peter and Dorthe from Touchpoint Denmark) and energy medicine that is primarily based in Taoist and Chinese medicine traditions but includes Reiki and Eden Energy Medicine.  These modalities work together beautifully to relieve pain and bring the body into a more relaxed state.  In a relaxed state, we remember what it feels like to be our best selves - integrated, calm, and at home - and we can take that remembered feeling back out into the world and hold it close.
