Welcome, this is my ARCB listing.  Hello!  My name is Lucinda Tear and I live in Winthrop, WA in the valley of the Methow River, home of the original Methow People (mətxʷu).    I practice a combination of reflexology (Ingham based, Hannah Marqhart based, Vertical reflexology, Nerve Reflexology) and energy medicine which is primarily based in Taoist and Chinese medicine traditions.  These modalities work together beautifully to relieve pain and bring the body into a more relaxed state.  In a relaxed state, we remember what it feels like to be our best selves - integrated, calm, and at home - and we can take that remembered feeling back out into the world and hold it close.
