I am trained to work on the feet, hands, and outer ears. At this point in my experience my reflexology technique is an integration of what I have found effective over several years of continuing training. Each client is different. Each session is tailored to what is determined through pre-session discussion to be the appropriate priorities for that session. I was first certified as a professional reflexologist in 2002 in the Standard American Method by the International Institute of Reflexology, headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL. I trained in ear Reflexology with Bill Flocco of the American Academy of Reflexology; also extensively with the late Dr. Martine Faure-Alderson of Paris and London achieving certification in her Cranial Sacral Reflexology. I have received training in the kinesthesiology of the feet; training with Dorthe Krogsgaard and Peter Lund of Denmark in a variety of their techniques; in Ayurvedic Reflexology; in Korean Hand Therapy; in the Father Joseph Method, used extensively in Switzerland and China; in Acupoint Reflexology and Chi-Reflexology, Structural Reflexology, and numerous other classes for expansion and development. I am a professional member of the Massachusetts Association of Reflexology, the Reflexology Association of America, and the International Council of Reflexologists.
