Kathleen the owner of Inner Lotus Wellnes worked in healthcare as a COTA for over 17 years, Reiki Master and 200 hour Yoga teacher through the University of Maryland school of medicine, Certified in Maryland and through ARCB in foot reflexology and certified in 2 programs through the Tia Chi for Health Institute (Tia Chi for Rehabilitation and Qigong for heath.). Kathleen was inspired to start Inner Lotus Wellness after going through her own health journey. Inner Lotus Wellness mission is to give people tools and support with experiencing health on all levels, mind, body and spirit and feel self empowered.
