Welcome to Inner Joy Reflexology. I am Sarah Vietz, a National Board Certified and Washington State certified Reflexologist. I am dedicated to helping people of all ages achieve optimal health and wellness.
In my reflexology practice I bring a gentle approach, promoting a peaceful and relaxing environment for clients of all ages to unwind and support their body’s overall health and well-being.
I previously worked as a pre-K teacher for 14 years and have a passion for working with children. I offer sessions for children as well as adults that provide a safe space to express and process, creating a sense of safety and trust- essential for emotional healing.
