Wanting to find answers for my own digestive health issues, it has taken me on a journey I never imagined possible! Reflexology is a fantastic modality~ My goal is to support each individual in their unique health journey by using the techniques I have learned hands-on and in class.
I am grateful for my incredibly supportive family, which includes my husband, and children. We live just south of Red Lion, PA, and we enjoy camping, hiking, crafting, and spending time together in our spare time.
