I am Nikki Kornegay, a 300-Hour National Board Certified Reflexologist and Second Degree Usui Reiki Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in healthcare. I began my journey to energy work upon realizing that our culture has difficulty addressing some of the root causes of people's illnesses: stressors, traumas, and lifestyles that are not conducive to good health and mental well-being. I wanted to find a way to help people begin to heal themselves from within. Upon discussion with a friend on the subjects of health and healthcare, spirituality, and my desire to help beyond my capacity at the time, I was given the gift of a Level I & II Reiki attunement through Heartfelt Reiki with kara emmy. I was then introduced to the concepts of Reflexology which sent me farther down the path of my journey where I meet you today. I have a dream of  bridging the gap between wellness as we know it and the spiritual and emotional needs of clients so we can all heal from the inside out.
