Lara Westdorp, founder, is a nationally certified reflexologist (NBCR) and Reiki Master. A graduate of the Baltimore School of Reflexology, Lara is a member of the Board of Directors for the American Reflexology Certification Board and Maryland Reflexology Association. Lara has been practicing Lightarian Reiki and Sekem-Seichim Reiki since 2006, in addition to ongoing studies with Buddhist, Taoist, and indigenous meditation and healing masters.
