Energy Pathways to Harmony LLC

I am Debra Bernath, owner and sole therapist of Energy Pathways to Harmony. 1994 was the point of entry into my study of the energetic systems of the body. I am licensed in massage therapy in both New York and New Jersey and nationally certified through NCBTMB - National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I am also nationally certified in Reflexology through the ARCB - American Reflexology Certification Board. I continue to deepen my knowledge and enrich my techniques in massage, reflexology, Qigong, Taichi, breathwork, and Yoga. I have an ongoing practice of Qigong,Taichi and Yoga. A former student of Grandmaster Nan Lu and the Tao of Healing, I have studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Medical Qigong, Dragon’s Way and more with Dr. Lu. I have studied with many teachers and guides over the years. The best teachers and guides have been my clients and over 25 years of practice.
