About Us
Birgit has been ARCB-certified since 2007 (feet) and since 2011 in hands. She is also certified in ear and facial reflexology.
Her service includes private clients, corporate, non-profits, service settings.
She is a trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive integrative care provider utilizing reflexology and yoga (incl. chair) to serve more populations, at times a combo.
As a result of the pandemic she now also offers virtual service.
Her work includes an initiative for animals (One Minute Reflexology for Animals/ICRPaws) to foster bonding with and embodiment of animals. It is a trauma-sensitive practice.
She has received awards/grant for her working with underserved communities locally and abroad.
